 About Mike

Mike is a born native to Southern California, his parents and grand parents were surfers and yachtsman, fisherman and hunters so mike followed easily in there foot steps as a outdoorsman, he is a pilot, a captain, a surfer and loves the outdoors. Mike has been married to his childhood sweetheart Lisa for 20 years and has his two Schipperke's Tug and Nemo to keep him busy. Mike is a semi-retired Sportfishing Captain and Merchant Marine of 18 years and has made a name for himself as a sportfishing Captain on radio TV and paper, and owned his own chartering business, a profession survived on customer relationship this is something that mike brings to his real estate business. Mike has spent years in real estate investing and construction/remodeleling/fixer uppers, and is excellent at negotiations,  he has a high level of skill when it comes to staging a home and preparing a home for sale, is a California licensed contractor, a member of NAR and SANDICOR. Mike has relocation experience and can assist you with all the chores of moving from out of state or in state. Mike has a sharp eye to see the real potential for a home and will help you to find the right property whatever your goals and needs.
